With more than 25 years in cybersecurity, software development, and leadership, my path has been shaped by a deep commitment to protecting organisations, people, and innovation in an increasingly connected world.

In 2005, I founded Dragonfly Technologies, where I led the delivery of high-impact cybersecurity solutions to major Australian organisations across healthcare, law enforcement, banking, finance, and critical infrastructure. In 2024, Dragonfly was successfully acquired - a milestone that validated years of building resilient, outcomes-driven security programs.

Today, I continue to shape the Australian cybersecurity landscape as a serving Board Member of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), first elected in December 2020, reelected in December 2023, with my appointment extended through the end of 2027. In this role, I contribute to national strategy, community building, and the advancement of our profession.

I am also an active co-founder of several ventures:

• Black Crow - delivering specialised, high-impact cybersecurity services focused on service availability and resilience, including BCP/DR development, incident response and Managed SOC, AI cyber security, board advisory, and Essential Eight/NIST/ISO 27001/SOCI implementation and custom assessments.

• criticalfront - focused on responsible AI governance, risk management, and enabling secure innovation.

• boostify cyber - a cybersecurity education and accelerator platform dedicated to mentoring professionals, supporting startups, and driving sector growth.

Previously, I co-founded VAXXIN8, a healthcare startup selected as a founding inductee into San Francisco’s RocketSpace incubator under Australia’s National Innovation and Science Agenda.

Throughout this journey, I’ve remained passionate about advisory work: helping boards, executives, and organisations build genuine cyber resilience. My approach is always purpose-driven - blending strategic insight, practical experience from real exits and scaling, and a belief that strong cybersecurity protects not just data, but lives, trust, and futures.

While my current focus includes growing these ventures, I selectively offer high-impact advisory and coaching to a limited number of clients and mentees - drawing on frontline lessons to deliver measurable outcomes in service availability, continuity, rapid recovery, career acceleration, and startup success.
